New Online Ordering and Tracking Functionality

Over the past few months Intercity has been working hard to add more features to our interactive Order and Tracking system. Read the tips below and try them out.

If your order shows “Appointment” on the order line you can hover the mouse pointer over the word “Appointment” to find out when it is set for.

If your order shows “Inspected” on the order line you can hover the mouse pointer over the word “Inspected” to find out when it was inspected and when you can expect the report to be emailed.

If your order shows “Inspected” on the order line you can click the address of the appraised property to view a map and the photos taken during the inspection. This is a handy feature lenders and clients can use to get a heads-up on the property before the actual appraisal report arrives.
